About the Role
POSITION: Trainee Builders and Industrial Cleaning Manager.
PAY: Up to £30,000 (after training) Above living wage during training.
WORKING HOURS: Full Time, must be flexible

Berry Cleaning is currently recruiting for a Trainee Builders and Industrial Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Cardiff!
Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Overseeing the cleaning and management of various sites. • Managing a small team and associated duties. • Responsible for conducting cleaning inspections. • Managing the ordering of stock and consumables. • Liaise with clients in a friendly and approachable manner. • Recruitment and Interviewing new staff for cleaning positions. • Drive a company vehicle to sites in Cardiff, Bristol, and Swansea. • Cover staff when required. • The successful candidates will be required to complete a CRB/DBS.
Requirements
UK driver’s licence
At least 2 years industry experience on a builders site or within a cleaning company.
CSCS card prefered
Excellent man management skills
Well presented
Excellent cleaning standards
Live within 10 miles of Cardiff
