POSITION: Quality Assurance & Audit Supervisor
PAY: Up to £36,000 (after training) Above living wage during training.
WORKING HOURS: Full Time, must be flexible

Berry Cleaning is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance & Audit Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team in Cardiff!
Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Auditing all commercial cleaning and facilities management sites. • Delivering monthly presentations to the leadership group. • Building you platforms as and when appropriate. • Managing site supervisors. • Liaise with clients in a friendly and approachable manner. • Maintaining contact with Operations Director. • Drive a company vehicle to sites in Cardiff, Bristol, and Swansea.
Requirements
UK driver’s licence
At least 2 years industry experience on a builders site or within a cleaning company.
CSCS card preferred
Excellent man management skills
Well presented
Excellent cleaning standards
Live within 10 miles of Cardiff
5 years work history
