Berry manages and provides Eleven Film with a team of 10 conscientious individuals who seamlessly

undertake all the cleaning tasks required on the large grounds of the old Caerleon University Campus

totalling over 350hrs a week, Mon-Fri from 6am-8pm.

 

Duties cover a variety of areas from production offices, Art Studios, Costume Design Warehouses, Film Sets,

large food marquees, porta cabins, porta loos, caravans, bio-misting vehicles & basic gardening.

Berry also manages the waste requirements for the site and provides delivery of any consumables.

 

Additional to the fixed 60hrs daily cleaning on main campus, we also provide Covid cleaners to go out with

the filming crew to locations all over Wales and the south west, as and when required and organise accommodation and

company vehicles for them. This often requires late night working and often we only get 24hrs notice to organise

a separate team and 4 locations can all be running at the same time alongside main campus.

 

This contract also allows us to use our Airbnb cleaning experience by also providing a weekly high end clean of

all the temporary rentals they have dotted around the capitol for the producers, SA’s and crew to stay in during

the working week. Linen changes are also organised and carried out by Berry for these properties.

 

We work closely alongside the clients dedicated Covid Team to ensure all protocols are actioned 24/7.

Our team are part of the testing schedule and get tested regularly.
